CHEFS 4 VETS USA MISSION
Chefs4VetsUSA (C4VUSA) is a Chattanooga, Tennessee based veteran founded nonprofit with the mission to provide quality; nutritious flavor filled home cooked meals for veterans who are unable to cook for themselves, home bound veterans or for veteran groups who gather for the occasion of sharing a meal.
Our purpose and goal is to care for our nation’s heroes through providing well balanced meals to enable them to keep active and stay healthy, reduce hunger and food insecurity, malnutrition, and promote socialization and well-being. Our program also benefits our veteran volunteer staff by giving them purpose in serving our brothers and sisters in arms. We provide our program with an emphasis on compassion, gratitude and camaraderie.
We will accomplish our mission using talents from civilians and veterans with training in food service, other for profit and nonprofit organizations, state and federal organizations, service minded organizations and private citizens, all of whom align with the mission of Chefs4VetsUSA.
We have a vision of becoming a leader in providing this service to veterans in the state of Tennessee as well as training other groups nationwide to help nurture our nation’s heroes.

Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc. (PHWFF) began in 2005 serving wounded military service members at Walter Reed Army Medical Center returning from combat in Iraq and Afghanistan. Since then, PHWFF has expanded nationwide, establishing its highly successful program in Department of Defense hospitals, Warrior Transition Units, and Veterans Affairs Medical Centers and clinics.
